Indian Flag

All around the world, every independent country has its own Flag! Every Flag has its own meaning and represents its country.

So, today I would like to talk about Flag! Indian Flag! Our countries Flag!

India Flag has a history. It is said that, the national flag was first time hoisted on 7^th Aug. 1906 in Green Park in the Kolkata. Since then Indian flag has undergone huge evolution.

Present form of Indian flag adopted on 22^nd July 1947 in the meeting of constitutes assembly. It was designed by Pingali Venkayya using tricolor, Ashok chakra, and khadi clothe.

Indian flag means a lot for us. It is our symbol of unity to lead us on one common way of Dharma even after being of different faith and religion exist among us.

Now, let’s just dive in the meaning of this flag.

MEANING:-

1)   Saffron Color: - It is the top most color on flag indicating the strength, courage, sacrifice and renunciation of the country. In Hindu Dharma, It is also symbol of fire. Fire burns away the darkness and brings light in.

2)   White color: - Second color on the flag situated beneath saffron color. It is symbol of Purity, Peace, Truth and Innocence of the country. Ashok chakra in navy blue embroiled over it.

3)   Green color: - It is the last color on flag indicating fertility, growth, and auspiciousness of the land. Green color also stands for balance, nature, spring and rebirth. Most population of India is working under agriculture sector so this color held’s most significant meaning.

4)   Ashok Chakra (Wheel): - Presented in navy blue color over white color in the flag. Reason behind its “Navy blue” form is, it represent “Natural truth” like, Sky and Ocean. It’s also represent righteousness, progress and perpetuity. This wheel consist 24 spokes indicating 24 hrs. Of the day. According to Hindu religion these 24 spokes also represents human life on earth. Those are – Love, Courage, Patience, Peacefulness, Kindness, Goodness, Faithfulness, Gentleness, Self Control, Selflessness, Self sacrifice, Truthfulness, Righteousness, Justice, Mercy, Graciousness, Humility, empathy, Sympathy, Knowledge, Wisdom, Morality, Altruism and Hope.

आजूबाजूचे भन्नाट माणसं : भाग १

बालाजी जाधव..
हा माझा मित्र. बालाजी. एक भन्नाट अवलिया! या पठयाने Food technology मध्ये M. Tech केलंय.
अता याने M. Tech केलंय म्हणून तुम्हांला वाटतं असेल की हा कुठेतरी 9 ते 7 अश्या ऑफिस च्या रोजच्या वाऱ्या करतं असेल?
पण नाही! हा थेट शेतांत आला! आणी शेतीला करिअर म्हणून निवडलं!
मला जेंव्हा पहिल्यांदा कळालं तेंव्हा माझी प्रतिक्रिया, "WTF..!!😱" अशीच काहीतरी होती.

पण त्याच्याशी झालेल्या गप्पा-गप्पा तून तो बोलला कि, "अरे मला आवडतात या सगळ्या गोष्टी, माहितेय का! मी सकाळी लवकर उठून शेतांत जातो, गोठा साफ करतो, स्वतः हाताने शेण सुद्धा काढतो! जनावरांना पाणी पाजवतो आणि चारा पण टाकतो! हे सगळं करताना मला अज्जिबात लाज वाटतं नाही कारण मला हे सगळं मना पासून आवडतं! निसर्ग..निसर्ग जे म्हणतात ते इथंच आहे. या शेतात, या रानांत, बघ जरा आजूबाजूला, इथं पशु, पक्षी, जनावरं, मोकळी हवा यांचा वावर आहे. हे सगळं त्या शहरात मिळणार नाही! तरी गावातील लोकं मला म्हणतात, 'एवढं शिकून कामुन शेणात हात घालतं बसलाय?' 'जॉब कर..' तरी मी ऐकत नाही कारण हे सगळं मला आवडतं म्हणून मी इथे आहे."

मी कुठंतरी वाचलं होतं, "जे तुम्हांला मनापासून आवडतं ते काम तुम्ही करतं असाल, तर ते काम - काम राहतं नाही."

"तमाशा" पिक्चर मधल्या सारखं, "लकिर का फकीर" न होता, मनासारखे आयुष्य जगण्यासाठी धडपडणाऱ्या या अवलीयाला माझा मानाचा मुजरा..

NOTHINS GOING TO HAPPEN IF YOU DON’T MOVE

Looking back, what I remembered the most about my life in the cubicle the utter boredom. Back before I started travelling, I worked in construction company. I was assistant billing engineer. There were six people in my department (All older than me) and I spent most of my days assisting these people on billing issue and other construction related technical stuff. It was chaotic and hectic life. (When I came back from my first solo cycle trip in April  2016 and returned to world of construction office work, it was the boredom and large amount of downtime that led me to leave that company once and for all and pursue my passion in travelling)

Back then, every day felt the same and I felt stale and uninspired.

“What I am doing wrong?” I would wonder.                    

“After all, I work, go out on weekends, and have good friends and hobbies. Isn’t this the good living?

But, something was missing. A piece of the puzzle wasn’t there.

I felt like the guy from the movie, “Tamasha”

“Lakir ka phakir, utho, brush karo, tie bandho, office jao, kam karo, room pe return aao, khana khao, so jao, and next day, repeat.

I read somewhere; “jis kam me tumhe khushi milti ho o kam karoge toh kam – kam nahi lagega.”

But I don’t buy the idea that “you can find your passion” by sitting down with a pen and paper and thinking, “okey, I am going to write down my passion and just do that.”

I think you stumble onto your passion.

You go out and live life and then realize, “this is the thing that light my fire the most.”

One of my friend recently got into farming. He has done his masters in food technology. Still, He got into farming. Why?

Because he love doing farming. He has his own farm and he try to cultivate something new every time. He kept experimenting in farming technology. That’s what He loves to do and He is very passionate about it.

The same happened to me. Once I started travel and adventure I found out that what I want in life. Adventure was my passion.

When I left my job for adventure purpose, everyone thought I was crazy for giving up on the job. When on the other side everyone else desperately trying hard to get one.

While there are many people who are fine with office work from 9:30 to 7:00, I realised am not one of those people.

Its when we start living our life that we find the stuff we love doing.

If your unhappy or daydreaming about your life and want to do amazing things, you have to make it happen. You have to get out there and do.

Nothings going to happen if you don’t move.

Sitting at home watching videos on you tube isn't going to change anything. You wont lose your weight if you don’t work out. You wont meet people if you stay at home. Your cycle wont move if you don’t paddle. She will never come to date till you ask.

You will never know if you do more if you don’t push yourself.

Life happens outside of your door. And it is something you have to participate in!

The day I quite my job was the day I took step towards living a life I wanted.

Every day I take one more step from reading to writing, cycling a KM more, exploring unknown route of sahyadri to making my passion as a profession.

My life isn't going to change unless I make it happen.

Neither will yours.

And then once you stumble upon what it is you love, pursue it with vigour..because theres nothing worse than a wasted dream!  

चिरकुट चारोळ्या.

1) देवावरची श्रद्धा
     जशी वाऱ्या बरोबर स्पर्धा
     पळत पळत घालतो नमस्कार
    देव पण सोडत असेल सुस्कार.

2) सभोवतार पहिले मी
     Concrete चे जंगल
     पर्यावरणाचा ऱ्हास हा
     तरी म्हणतात शुभ मंगल.

3) तहान लागली
     भविष्याची सर्वा
     म मुक्या जीवाची
     कोण करेल पर्वा.

4) खूपच विचित्र वाटतं एकटेपण
     चाहुबाजूला असून सर्वजण
     वाटतं मनाला
     हक्काच अस्सं पाहिजे एकजण.

5) कथा माणसांच्या
     सांगायच्या किती?
     घरोघरी मातीच्या चुली
     अन दुभंगलेल्या भिंती..

निवडणुका!

निवडणुकांचा चढला रंग
जो तो प्रचारात दंग,

एकमेकांवर आरोपांच्या फ़ैरी
सक्खे भाऊ आता वैरी,

यांच्या आश्वासनांचा आला पूर
बस्स झालं ! बदला नूर..

त्याच त्याच पणाने वैताग आला
वेळ आली, आता बदला!

मतदार राजा जागा हो!
मतदान करून दे खो!

भरलाय यांच्या पापाचा सारा
उठा आता! मतदान करा!

मुका

मुक्या प्राण्याला बोलता यावे
त्यांनी सुद्धा खाण्यासाठी अन्न मागावे,

मुक्या प्राण्याला बोलता यावे
त्यांनी सुद्धा कडाक्याच्या थंडीत थोडी ऊब मागावे,

मुक्या प्राण्याला बोलता यावे
त्यांनी सुद्धा पिंजऱ्यातून मुक्ती मागावे,

मुक्या प्राण्याला बोलता यावे
त्यांनी सुद्धा प्रेमाचा एक स्पर्श मागावे,

या प्राण्याची बंद वाचा
त्यांची अन्नान दशा..
दगडांच्या देशी वावरे
देव हा कसा?

Natural Wind

Let the wind
touch our heart,
Standing on the peak of hills
spread your arms,
close your eyes,
Fill your heart with love again.

Let me,
hold your hand,
And watch the
beautiful sunset.

Let me,
take you to the river side,
Putting my head in your lap,
want to hear the song of Wild.

Let me,
take you to the land
where full moon is shining with
his beautiful stars.
Just want to watch them with you
while laying on deserts Sand.

Let me,
Take you to the Nature,
where real life exits.
Away from this artificial Society,
Let the love flourish again,
O Dear..!!
